Spring 2025 Practice schedule

Practice/Game Cancellation Policy:

Lakewood Recreation Department Hotline: 216-529-4117

Messages are updated daily at 4 pm for field and event cancellations due to field quality/inclement weather

Practice cancellations are based on the Lakewood Recreation Department or the coach's discretion based on current weather forecasted during practice times

Game cancellations/delays are based on the Lakewood Recreation Department before the game or the Referee's discretion during or directly proceeding the game.

1 Email the coach and manager of the opposing team

  • Opposing coach contact information available on OHTSL website when logged in.

  • Path: LUFC website / Schedule / boys or girls schedule / select your team / sign in / search for opposing team contacts

After Hours Custodian

Coaches who need help with facilities or unlocking equipment during practice hours can call: 216-372-4110

Referee Contact

Coaches who have questions regarding referees, including game day issues, are asked to reach out to:

Weather Related Cancellations

In the event you need to cancel a game due to weather or field closure:

In the email you should include ref.admin@ohtsl.com, scheduler@lakewoodunitedfc.org and admin@ohtsl.com

  • Please be sure to include the original game date, time, and game number

  • Reiterate that this is due to weather or field closure.
